Visa Screen: for Health Care Professionals: For foreign health-care workers, this program is required to meet federal visa requirements of INA section 343 for the screening of healthcare professionals who seek entry into the US. Administered by International Commission on Healthcare Professionals, a division of Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools. The program requires 1) a credentials review of education and licensure; 2) completion of examinations demonstrating English language proficiency; 3) completion of either the CGFNS Qualifying Exam or the NCLEX-RN exam (RNs only).
