January 13, 2011- Los Angeles- In lieu of Consulate processing our office requested Parole-in-Place for the wife of an active duty military service member. The request was made at the Los Angeles USCIS office and approved within 2 months, and she can now move forward to request adjustment of status to Permanent Resident without the need to depart the US to apply for a waiver in Ciudad Juarez.
November 26, 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver approved on fast-track 9 days after interview (with two intervening Consulate holidays)
November 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver approved on fast-track only 6 days after waiver interview.
September 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico- Waiver approved under Pilot Program 2 weeks after being submitted and immigrant visa issued. Client was in Mexico for only 7 weeks.
August 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - Waiver approved for client who retained our services after being referred to the backlog line. Waiver was granted out of International Adjudications Support Branch in Anaheim, CA, after a waiting period of 6 months.
June 2010- Los Angeles Office - Adjustment applicant's misrepresentation waiver approved and residence granted after a seven and a half month wait.
May 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - Waiver approved under Pilot Program one week after being submitted and immigrant visa was issued -client had to be in Mexico only 5 weeks.
April 2010- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - Waiver approved and immigrant visa being issued to client who retained our services after being referred to the backlog line. After 20 months of waiting for adjudication, waiver was granted.
February 2010- Guatamala - Waiver approved and immigrant visa issued to client.
